- Assisting senior manager in coordinating with State FAs on operational matters of coaching courses such venue finalisation, organisational fee approval.
- Shortlisting of applications for courses and sending it to Head of Coach Education for final selection and further coordination with the selected candidates.
- Sharing results with State FAs and the candidates after the course. Uploading certificates on the portal.
- Regularly monitor and update coaches’ data on AIFF Coaching Portal. Going through pending profiles and taking necessary actions (approve, reject, refer back)
- Coordinating with Logistics department regarding Coach Educator’s travel, boarding and lodging during the course.
- Assisting in preparation of Coach Education and Grassroots department annual budget.
- Constantly upgrading features available on AIFF Coaching Portal in coordination with IT team.
- Assisting Head of Grassroots with AFC Grassroots Charter application.
- Coordinating with AFC technical division regarding RECC requests.
- Coordinating with Accounts department regarding reconciliation of course fee received during the year.
Essential Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Valuable understanding of football development and coach education programmes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online platforms/portals.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
