Perform OD/ID turning, drilling, threading, grooving, tapping and live-tool milling. Set tools, work offsets and make required wear-offset corrections. Use Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge and other measuring instruments.
Maintain required quality, cycle time and production quantity. Monitor tool life and control rejection/rework. Follow machine safety, PPE and 5S requirements. Report machine, tooling or quality issues to the Supervisor.
Preferred Candidate: Responsible, quality-conscious operator with positive practical CNC Turnmill knowledge and ability to work in shifts.
