- Operate CNC/VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters for machining operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure dimensional accuracy of components.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report any faults or breakdowns.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain production records and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and company guidelines on the shop floor.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize machine productivity.
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to meet daily production targets.
