We are looking for a energetic and experienced professional to join our team as a Cluster Sales Manager – MSME (LAP) Business.

Location: #Arrah, Bihar

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise multiple branches for MSME (LAP) business
- Drive disbursement targets while maintaining strong portfolio quality
- Ensure timely collections and control delinquency levels
- Guide and support Branch Managers and Sales Teams to achieve business targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, credit norms, and regulatory requirements
- Train, motivate, and monitor team performance
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and implement corrective actions

Eligibility Criteria





- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 7–12 years of experience in MSME/LAP business
- Experience in handling multiple branches
- Strong understanding of disbursement, credit, and collections
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
