This role demands proactive monitoring and coordination to support seamless cloud operations and contribute to the overall effectiveness of cloud service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align cloud operations with organizational goals.
- Monitor cloud resource utilization and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing. Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Experience in managing and maintaining server infrastructure within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of capacity planning and resource allocation strategies.
- Ability to analyze billing data and implement cost control measures effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud service models and operational best practices.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving server-related issues to ensure high availability.
