We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Client Service Executive to join our growing team and contribute to our continued success.

Role and Responsibilities:As a Client Service Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing relationships with our clients while ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. You’ll be the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless project delivery.

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet client expectations and business objectives.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and high-quality output.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and present campaign strategies, progress reports, and results to clients.
- Issue Resolution:



Address client concerns and issues promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
- Reporting & Insights: Track campaign performance, provide valuable insights, and recommend optimizations to enhance results.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities within existing accounts to pitch new ideas and drive business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for building strong client relationships.
- A deep understanding of digital and traditional advertising.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
