Job Summary

Pixous Technologies looking for a Client Relationship Officer – IT to manage client communication, understand business and technical requirements coordinate with internal technical teams, and ensure smooth execution of IT projects.

The candidate will act as a bridge between clients, management, project managers, developers, QA teams, and other technical teams. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills along with a basic understanding of IT and software projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, meetings, and online platforms.
- Understand and document business and technical requirements..
- Provide regular project status updates to clients.
- Coordinate client demos, application reviews, UAT, and feedback sessions.
- Track bugs, issues, change requests, and enhancement requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of client requirements.
- Escalate project delays and critical client concerns to management.
- Support proposals, quotations, presentations, and business/technical documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and future projects.





Technical Knowledge

- Basic knowledge of SDLC
- Web and mobile application concepts
- Basic understanding of cloud and software deployment
- MS Office / Google Workspace
- Project management or issue-tracking tools

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / MBA

Experience: 1 to 2 Years / Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Client Relationship, IT Project Coordination, Business Analysis, Customer Success, Technical Coordination, or similar roles are preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills, technical aptitude, and willingness to learn will also be considered.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for candidates who can communicate confidently with clients, understand basic technical concepts, coordinate effectively with IT teams, and take ownership of client requirements and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
