Job Summary The Civil Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and managing civil construction, maintenance, renovation, and infrastructure-related activities. The candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience and be capable of independently handling civil projects, contractors, vendors, and site activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and monitor civil construction and maintenance activities.

- Manage day-to-day civil works across assigned locations.

- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Inspect the quality of construction materials and workmanship.

- Verify measurements, work estimates, quotations, and contractor bills.

- Monitor project costs and ensure effective utilization of resources.

- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.

- Manage repair, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure development projects.

- Identify site-related issues and provide appropriate technical solutions.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials,



and equipment.

- Monitor contractors and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

- Maintain proper documentation of work orders, measurements, quotations, bills, and project records.

- Provide regular project updates to management.

- Handle multiple civil projects and prioritize activities as per organizational requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in civil construction, project management, or infrastructure maintenance.

- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, estimation, and quantity measurement.

- Experience in contractor and vendor management.

- Good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
