Requirements Candidates with 0–2 years of experience and valuable practical knowledge are encouraged to apply. Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required;
experience with STAAD Pro is desirable. Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings .
Key Responsibilities Monitor construction activities on site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards . Conduct site measurements and assist with quantity calculations, material take-offs, and material requirements . Assist in preparing and maintaining BOQs, estimates, contractor bills, and material planning .
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Assist in identifying and resolving site-related technical and execution issues .
