Job Title: Civil and Structural Design Engineer /n Department CSA /n Location: Noida /n Tasks & /n Responsibilities /n  Review ITB, Identify TQ / VE / BP, maintain log of VE / BP / LL / /n Change register and update knowledge base, /n  Establish design philosophy, standard drawings, and work /n instruction. /n  Manage deliverable schedule, project KPI. /n  Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions. /n  Perform structural analysis and design for pipe racks, /n technological structures, compressor shelters, warehouse and /n buildings. /n  Analysis and design of shallow/deep foundations for various /n structures, including static equipment like vertical vessel, /n horizontal vessel/heat exchanger, tanks, packages etc. /n  Design of cooling tower basin, sumps, pits, retaining walls, and /n culverts. /n  Develop & review detailed structural drawings, specifications, and /n calculations in compliance with industry standards and codes. /n  Conduct structural integrity assessments, value engineering and /n risk analyses for existing and new facilities. /n  Perform dynamic analysis of structures, including compressor /n foundations. /n  Perform FEM analysis using plate/solid elements & results /n interpretation. /n  Review of design information and vendor prints. /n  Conduct model reviews, identify clashes, and resolve them /n effectively.



/n  Communicate with site teams and head office to resolve various /n issues efficiently. /n Essential /n Requirements Education /n  B.E. / B. Tech (Civil) or M.E / M. Tech (Structures) from reputed /n university / institute. /n Certificate /n  Competency to achieve project targets and schedule.  /n Field engineering experience. /n Experience /n  5 - 16 years of overall experience in civil structural /n engineering. /n  Preferably 5 years of experience in the oil & gas, /n Safety!

Securing the future! /n petrochemical, or refinery sectors. /n Skills /n  Exposure to industry standards and international codes (e.g., /n AISC, ACI, ASCE, UBC, Euro). /n  Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD, /n SAP2000), review software (e.g., SPR, Navisworks), and drafting /n tools (e.g., AutoCAD). /n  Exposure to modularization, dynamic analysis, precast, blast- /n resistant design, and general civil activities is advantageous. /n  Hands-on experience in connection design with a strong /n understanding of load flow. /n  Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive (feedforward) /n mindset. /n  Strong communication and teamwork abilities. /n  Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet tight /n deadlines. /n  Experience in working / interfacing with multidisciplinary /n teams.
