Role Description The Chief Executive Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with global business goals, and driving growth across product lines and markets. Daily responsibilities include overseeing operational performance, managing financial targets, and guiding senior leadership teams in sales, product, technology, and customer success.

The CEO will foster an inclusive, high-performance culture,



build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, and represent the organization with regulators, investors, and industry bodies. The role also involves monitoring market trends, championing innovation, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly to diverse internal and external stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to oversee executive workflows, governance processes, and organizational structures.

- Experience in Customer Service, ensuring a client-centric approach and high satisfaction levels across global accounts.

- Solid understanding of Accounting and financial management to drive profitability, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.

- Extensive senior leadership experience in financial technology, banking, or related sectors, with a track record of leading large, complex organizations.

- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, business development, and change management in a global, fast-paced environment.

- Strong decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities, with a focus on ethical and inclusive leadership.

- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
