About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CG Consultant with 8–10 years of relevant experience to join our technology team on a remote contractual engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical consulting expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently analyze business requirements and deliver effective CG solutions.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to support solution design, implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and ongoing production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into effective CG solutions.
- Provide functional and technical consulting across CG-related applications and business processes.
- Analyze existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions and improvements.
- Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, and project teams.
- Perform impact analysis and contribute to solution and technical discussions.
- Support integrations between CG applications and other enterprise systems.
- Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Ensure solutions comply with defined functional, technical, security, and quality standards.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
- Provide knowledge transfer and ongoing support to internal teams.
- Work independently and effectively in a remote project environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of relevant CG consulting experience.
- Strong understanding of CG-related business processes, applications, and enterprise environments.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, and implementation.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of enterprise application integration and interconnected systems.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote environment.
- Experience with contractual or project-based engagements is preferred.

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Exposure to application integration, modernization, transformation, or technology migration projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within defined timelines.
- Experience working in cross-functional and distributed project teams.
