Central Operations & Academic Manager

Topaz Academy is looking for an experienced and responsible Central Operations & Academic Manager to take ownership of the academy’s day-to-day activities and coordinate effectively across admissions, academics, teachers, students, university partners, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the daily operations of the academy.
- Coordinate with universities and academic partners regarding admissions, documentation, academic activities and student requirements.
- Lead and monitor the admissions team, including enquiries, counselling, applications, follow-ups and conversions.
- Manage and coordinate teachers/trainers, class schedules, attendance and academic activities.
- Ensure smooth communication between management, academic staff, admissions and students.
- Monitor team performance and ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets are achieved.
- Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
- Maintain proper records of students, admissions, faculty activities and university-related processes.
- Take initiative to improve operational efficiency, student experience and team performance.

Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of relevant experience,



preferably in the education sector.
- Solid experience in education operations, academic administration, admissions or institute management.
- Experience coordinating with universities or higher-education institutions is highly preferred.
- Experience in teacher/faculty management and academic coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and activities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of admission processes, student management and reporting.
- Must be proactive, organized, accountable and capable of working independently.
