- Manage day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning.

- Monitor OP/IP, patient flow, admissions and discharge activities.

- Coordinate with Doctors, Nursing, Pharmacy, Lab, Front Office and Support Services.

- Manage staff deployment, duty rosters and manpower requirements.

- Monitor patient satisfaction, complaints and service quality.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards and statutory requirements.

- Monitor revenue, expenses, billing and operational targets.

- Coordinate vendor, maintenance, housekeeping and security activities.

- Track KPIs, departmental performance and daily operational reports.

- Support business development, patient acquisition and hospital growth.

- Ensure patient safety, infection control and emergency preparedness.

- Report operational issues and performance updates to Hospital Management.
