About the Role
EVO Innovative Surfaces is looking for a well-organized, quality-focused and responsible Catalogue & Sample Manager to manage the complete lifecycle of company catalogues, product samples, sample kits and marketing support materials.
The role requires strong coordination with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Product and Management teams to ensure the right catalogues and samples are available, properly maintained and delivered on time to customers, architects, designers, dealers and project teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Catalogue Management
- Manage the complete inventory of product catalogues, brochures, folders, shade cards and marketing literature.
- Maintain proper records of catalogue stock, distribution and balance inventory.
- Ensure latest product information, designs, specifications and pricing references are used.
- Coordinate with Marketing/Product teams for new and revised catalogues.
- Ensure obsolete catalogues and literature are identified and removed from circulation.
1. Sample Management
- Manage complete inventory of product samples, sample boards, sample kits, swatches and display materials.
- Maintain systematic sample identification, coding and storage.
- Ensure samples are clean, presentable and in positive condition.
- Track samples issued to Sales Team, Architects, Designers, Dealers and Customers.
- Maintain records of sample movement and returns wherever applicable.
- Ensure damaged, outdated or discontinued samples are replaced promptly.
1. Sales & Architect Support
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for catalogue and sample requirements.
- Ensure samples are available for Architects,
Interior Designers, Modular Kitchen Companies, Dealers and Project Customers.
- Prepare sample kits for client meetings, product presentations and exhibitions.
- Support the Sales Team with urgent sample requirements.
- Maintain sufficient stock of fast-moving and high-priority samples.
1. Inventory & Stock Control
- Maintain accurate physical and system inventory of all catalogues and samples.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and initiate replenishment on time.
- Track inward, outward, damaged and obsolete materials.
- Maintain proper documentation for all movements.
- Minimize wastage and unnecessary sample/catalogue expenses.
1. Coordination & Dispatch
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams for sample and catalogue dispatches.
- Ensure correct material is packed and dispatched to the correct customer/team.
- Track urgent and important sample requirements.
- Maintain dispatch records and follow up on pending deliveries.
1. Quality & Presentation
- Ensure all samples and catalogues meet company presentation standards.
- Regularly inspect samples for scratches, damage, fading, incorrect labeling or poor presentation.
- Ensure sample kits are professionally arranged and complete.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality and presentation.
1. Team Management & Accountability
- Supervise sample/catalogue handling staff, if applicable.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor daily work.
- Maintain discipline and proper handling procedures.
- Train team members on sample identification, storage and dispatch processes.
- Take ownership of stock accuracy and timely fulfilment.
1. MIS & Reporting
Prepare regular reports covering:
- Catalogue stock
- Sample stock
- Samples issued
- Samples dispatched
- Damaged/replacement samples
- Low-stock items
- Obsolete/discontinued samples
- Monthly consumption
- Department/customer-wise sample requirements

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the company's catalogue and sample ecosystem, ensuring that every Sales Executive, Architect, Designer, Dealer and Project Customer receives the correct, updated and high-quality product material on time. Reporting To: Marketing Head / Sales Head / Business Head
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
