Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. • Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering (Experienced 15 years and above) Experience: • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in casting or metallurgical production, including 5 years in a supervisory role.

• Experience in centrifugally cast ductile iron pipe manufacturing is preferred.

• Technical Skills: - Casting process control and ductile iron pipe manufacturing. - Production planning, quality control, and equipment troubleshooting. - Root-cause analysis, rejection reduction, and process improvement. - Knowledge of HSE requirements and material-consumption control.

Key accountabilities: • Supervise daily casting operations to achieve production targets in accordance with approved production plans, operating procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Monitor casting processes, operating parameters, equipment performance,



and production flow to maintain reliable operations and minimize production interruptions.

• Analyze casting defects, quality deviations, equipment problems, rejection, and repair cases, and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

• Supervise Casting Foremen and operators, provide operational guidance, monitor performance and discipline, and promote teamwork and participative problem-solving.

• Plan and monitor core preparation and heat treatment activities to ensure production requirements and applicable material, dimensional, process, and quality specifications are met.

• Coordinate with Melting, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Machine Shop teams to ensure molten metal availability, equipment reliability, product conformity, and Core , mould readiness.
