Job Role: CASA Sales Officer

- Acquire new Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) through field sales and open-market activities.

- Generate leads and identify potential customers for CASA products.

- Conduct customer meetings and explain account features and benefits.

- Cross-sell Fixed Deposits (FD), Insurance, Credit Cards, and Loan products.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.

- Handle customer onboarding and ensure accurate KYC documentation.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into accounts.

- Maintain proper customer records and sales activity reports.

- Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

- Education: Graduation Mandatory

- Experience: 2–5 years in Banking / CASA / BFSI Sales

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.

- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

- Two-wheeler preferred.

- Ability to work in field sales and open-market environments.
