We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented US Career Advisor to guide students and job seekers toward suitable career opportunities in the United States.

The ideal candidate will have experience in career counseling, recruitment, staffing, admissions, placement services, or a related field, with a robust understanding of the US job market, hiring practices, resume standards, interview processes, and job-search strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions to understand candidates’ education, skills, experience, interests, and career goals.
- Recommend suitable career paths, job roles, industries, and professional development opportunities.
- Guide candidates on US-style resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and job applications.
- Prepare candidates for phone, video, behavioral, technical, and panel interviews.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide actionable feedback on communication, presentation, and interview performance.
- Help candidates identify relevant job opportunities and develop effective job-search strategies.
- Explain US hiring processes, workplace expectations, recruitment practices, and professional communication standards.
- Assist candidates with career transitions, entry-level opportunities, internships, and experienced-hire positions.
- Stay updated on US labor-market trends, in-demand skills, salary ranges, hiring trends, and industry requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and track their career progress, applications, interviews, and placements.
- Coordinate with recruiters, employers,



and internal placement teams to identify suitable opportunities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and employer stakeholders.
- Conduct career workshops, webinars, resume sessions, interview-preparation sessions, and employability training when required.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity updates in CRM/ATS systems.
- Work toward defined KPIs related to candidate engagement, interviews, placements, and successful employment outcomes.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in career counseling, career advising, recruitment, staffing, placement, admissions, HR, or a related field.
- Good understanding of the US job market and recruitment ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of resume screening, job applications, interview preparation, and candidate evaluation.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to understand candidate profiles and recommend appropriate career opportunities.
- Comfortable working with candidates from diverse educational and professional backgrounds.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in US time zones / night shifts from India, if applicable.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM/ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and online job portals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
