Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Candidates should have strong spoken & written communication skills.
- Ability to handle calls, chats and emails in a qualified manner.
- Follow up on open cases and see them to closures.
- Should have experience in ticketing system
- 9 Working Hours Shift with 1 Hour Break
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as this will be 24 * 7 operations.
- Candidates should be available to start immediately.
