We’re building LYRA STAYS - an experiential short-term rental brand in South Goa. Not a hotel. Not a generic homestay. A curated portfolio of beautifully managed stays with a distinct identity, built for travelers who want more than just a room.

We’re a lean founding team - a tech leader, a professional cinematographer on the ground, and a clear vision. We’re looking for one person to be the business brain behind it all.

This is a real role. Real ownership. Real learning.

What you’ll own

→ Airbnb listing setup, optimization, pricing, and review management

→ Daily revenue tracking, expense management, and monthly P&L; reporting

→ Budget allocation, vendor payments, and financial reconciliation

→ Sourcing and shortlisting new properties for expansion

→ Company registrations, tourism compliance, and regulatory tracking

→ Competitor research, analytics, and growth strategy inputs

→ Working directly with the founder and on-ground team daily

What you’ll walk away with:

This is the kind of experience people spend ₹20–30 lakhs and 2 years trying to get in an MBA. You’ll do real P&L; management, real pricing strategy, real compliance work, and real startup operations — from the first week.





You’ll also have direct access to a tech founder and a professional who has built and run operations across international markets.

Who we’re looking for

→ Final-year student or recent graduate (any stream — business/finance/management preferred)

→ Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and structured thinking

→ Self-directed — you don’t need hourly check-ins to stay on track

→ Clear communicator, written and verbal

→ Genuinely curious about how businesses work — the real, messy version

→ Someone who wants to build something, not just add a line to their CV

Structure

Month 1–2 → Unpaid | Full ownership, real work, direct mentorship

End of Month 2 → Performance review

Month 3–4 onwards → ₹10,000/month + profit sharing (based on performance)

This role has a direct path to a full-time position as we scale to 8–10 properties.
