Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Business Management Trainee to join our organization. This role is designed for candidates who want to develop a solid understanding of business management, operations, sales, client management, and leadership.

The selected candidate will work closely with different teams and senior management, gaining practical exposure to various business functions. Based on performance, the candidate will gradually be given greater responsibilities and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior management with day-to-day business activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support sales, business development, and client-management activities.
- Assist in planning and execution of business initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and MIS reports.
- Track assigned targets, projects, and deliverables.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams when required.




- Identify operational challenges and assist in developing solutions.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for business improvement.
- Gain cross-functional exposure to sales, operations, marketing, and business development.
- Support senior team members in strategic and operational activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, BA, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Candidates with leadership experience through college projects, internships, societies, or extracurricular activities will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
