Role Overview The Business Manager will act as a strategic and execution partner to the COO, driving key organizational priorities and ensuring alignment across functions. The role requires a consulting-
oriented skilled with strong analytical and execution capabilities to oversee Administration,
Operations, IT Ops, and MIS, while leading critical initiatives such as entity formation, integration, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
● Strategic Execution: Support COO in translating strategy into actionable plans; track and drive execution of key initiatives.
● Operations Oversight: Oversee Administration, Operations, IT Ops, and MIS to ensure alignment, efficiency, and governance.
● MIS & Reporting: Build and manage dashboards, drive data-driven insights, and standardize performance reporting.
● Entity Formation & Integration: Lead setup of new entities and ensure seamless integration into existing structures and systems. Coordination with US project management team to drive transformation, change management and functional integration project.
● Cost Optimization:
Identify and implement cost-efficiency initiatives across functions while maintaining performance.
