Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team on a third-party contract. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence. The candidate will support data analysis, reporting, and insights generation to help drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Business Intelligence

Support (50%) - Understand business data requirements and translate them into reports and dashboards.

- Assist in developing basic data models and visualizations to support key metrics.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing data extracts and basic analysis.
- Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report insights to the team.
- Data Analysis & Reporting (50%) - Work with data from various sources to support business analysis.




- Support the creation of reports and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Assist in identifying data trends and patterns to support ongoing business objectives.
- Provide basic support for data quality checks and validation.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree from any discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of work experience (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, or similar concepts is a plus.

Skills and Abilities

- Basic SQL skills and willingness to learn data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Good communication and presentation skills ability to share findings in a clear, simple way.
- Robust problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
