About the Role

We are building a Germany-focused talent mobility and international recruitment business connecting skilled Indian professionals with employers across Germany. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Head – Germany Healthcare Recruitment to build and scale our healthcare vertical, develop German employer relationships, drive international recruitment mandates and establish a scalable India–Germany talent mobility operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Build the Germany healthcare business by developing the market strategy, revenue pipeline and long-term growth plan.
- Develop German employer relationships with hospitals, healthcare groups, clinics, elderly-care providers and other healthcare organisations.
- Acquire and manage recruitment mandates for nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, allied healthcare professionals and other skilled healthcare talent.
- Lead international recruitment programs covering direct employment, skilled-worker pathways, Ausbildung and other Germany-focused mobility routes.
- Own recruitment delivery from candidate sourcing and assessment through counselling, training coordination, documentation and deployment.
- Build and lead the India-based team, including recruitment, business development, candidate management and operations functions.
- Create scalable systems and processes through SOPs, KPIs, technology,



quality controls and continuous process improvement.

What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in international healthcare recruitment, global talent acquisition, overseas recruitment or workforce mobility.
- Strong track record of recruiting healthcare professionals for international markets, particularly nurses and allied healthcare professionals.
- Practical knowledge of the German healthcare and employment ecosystem, including relevant skilled-worker and mobility pathways.
- An established network of German healthcare employers, hospitals, care providers or strategic recruitment partners will be a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to win B2B clients and convert employer relationships into recurring recruitment mandates.
- Experience in leading recruitment teams and managing high-volume international hiring programs with strong delivery discipline.
- Entrepreneurial and commercially driven mindset, with the ability to build a new business vertical, take ownership of outcomes and operate independently.
