About AIRTAXI AIRTAXI is a growing aviation organization focused on flight training, aviation operations, and aviation-related services. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Head to lead business functions, drive organizational growth, and ensure effective management across the organization.

Role Overview The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall business management and growth strategy of AIRTAXI. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and commercial expertise, a solid understanding of the aviation industry, and comprehensive knowledge of DGCA regulations and aviation compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee overall business functions and organizational performance

- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives
- Manage and coordinate with Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, Training, Safety, and Maintenance teams
- Monitor business performance, revenue, costs, and operational efficiency
- Ensure business activities remain aligned with applicable DGCA rules, regulations, CARs, and aviation standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key aviation stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Prepare business plans, MIS reports, budgets, and performance reviews for senior management
- Drive process improvement and organizational efficiency




- Support leadership in strategic decision-making and long-term business planning
- Ensure strong governance, accountability, and compliance across business functions

Eligibility & Requirements ✔ MBA in Business Management from an IIM – Preferred

✔ Executive General Management Program (EGMP) or specialized degree in Aviation / Aerospace Management will also be considered

✔ Strong professional experience in business management, preferably within the aviation industry

✔ Strong knowledge of DGCA rules, CARs, and applicable aviation regulations

✔ Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and organizational management

✔ Solid financial and commercial understanding

✔ Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple departments and business functions

✔ Strategic, analytical, and result-oriented mindset
