About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive – Architects & Interior Designers (AID) to develop and manage Vermeillo's B2B relationships with architects and interior designers.

This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who understands the design industry, enjoys meeting design professionals and is capable of turning relationships and project opportunities into business.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-presented, commercially driven and comfortable representing a premium design and home décor brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with architects and interior designers
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities
- Visit design studios and meet design professionals
- Present Vermeillo's collections and capabilities
- Generate leads and convert them into orders/projects
- Follow up on ongoing projects and requirements
- Develop relationships with hospitality, developers and other relevant professionals
- Maintain a pipeline of AID accounts

Additional Responsibilities
- Regularly follow up with architects and interior designers regarding upcoming and ongoing projects
- Understand project requirements, budgets, timelines and product preferences
- Recommend suitable Vermeillo products based on project requirements
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth quotations, orders and deliveries




- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, project requirements and conversions
- Track sales targets and contribute to the growth of Vermeillo's AID business
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term account relationships
- Represent Vermeillo professionally at design studios, industry events and client meetings
- Stay updated on interior design, architecture and lifestyle trends

What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or client servicing
- Experience in interiors, home décor, furniture, lighting, architectural products, surfaces, lifestyle or related design industries is preferred
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently communicate with architects, interior designers and other design professionals
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills
- A proactive and target-oriented approach
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and communication
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and studio visits

PreferredCandidates with an existing network of architects and interior designers in Delhi NCR will be strongly preferred. Experience handling designer accounts, project-based sales or B2B sourcing will be an advantage.
