We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive new business, build strong client relationships, and contribute directly to the agency’s growth.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and generate new business opportunities across brands and industries.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Connect with key decision-makers including CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Heads, and Business Heads.
- Drive the end-to-end business development cycle — from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Understand client requirements and work with creative, strategy, digital, media, and account teams to develop relevant solutions.
- Lead and coordinate new business pitches, credentials, proposals, and presentations.
- Prepare commercial proposals and estimates in collaboration with internal teams.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Track leads,



opportunities, conversions, and revenue projections.
- Identify emerging brands, market opportunities, and industry trends.
- Support the leadership team in achieving business development and revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For:
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, New Business, or Client Acquisition.
- Prior experience in an advertising, creative, digital, media, or integrated marketing agency is preferred.
- Proven track record of generating leads and converting prospects into clients.
- Solid understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, social media, content, and integrated marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Existing network within the brand/marketing ecosystem will be an advantage.
- Proactive, target-oriented, commercially driven, and confident.
