Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Export Sales Manager. The role entails managing international sales operations, developing export strategies, identifying opportunities for global expansion, and maintaining strong relationships with overseas clients.

The Export Sales

Manager will lead initiatives to achieve sales targets, oversee international business transactions, and ensure compliance with global trade regulations.



The role involves close coordination with internal teams to align export activities with the organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage export sales of truck, tractor, diesel & automotive aftermarket engine parts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, importers, and agents
- Identify new export markets and generate business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, documentation, dispatch & reporting
- Travel overseas regularly for buyer meetings and market development

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 10 years in export sales (automotive aftermarket preferred)
- Strong product knowledge of diesel engine & automotive aftermarket parts
- Experience handling international clients and export documentation
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
