Role Objective

Responsible for growing the company’s business by acquiring new hospitality and institutional clients, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing sales of the company’s clothing/uniform products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach hotels, restaurants, resorts, hospitals, clubs, and corporate institutions for business opportunities.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, references, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with purchase managers, HR heads, hotel GMs, and decision-makers.
- Promote and sell hospitality uniforms, staff clothing, corporate uniforms, and customized apparel.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the production/design team for quotations, samples, and orders.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close sales.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify repeat-business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
- Track market trends, competitors, pricing, and current business opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, quotations, and sales pipeline.

- New clients acquired
- Monthly sales/revenue generated
- Number of qualified leads and client meetings
- Conversion rate
- Repeat orders and client retention
- Gross margin/profitability

Ideal Candidate: A result-oriented sales professional with strong communication, negotiation, networking, and field-sales skills, preferably with experience in hospitality, uniforms, garments, textiles, or B2B sales. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
