Manager – Recruitment & Staffing Company: Vishang Services Private Limited (formerly known as ANG Manpower Solutions Pvt Ltd) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Industry: Recruitment & Staffing Key Responsibilities - Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and market research.

- Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into new clients.
- Build and manage a solid sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements,



and present staffing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and drive closures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR, TA, Procurement, and Business Heads.
- Generate repeat business and expand existing accounts.
- Independently manage the complete sales cycle from Lead Generation to Client Closure.

Candidate

Profile - 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Recruitment & Staffing.

- Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven hunter mentality with the ability to generate business independently.
- Experience in B2B staffing, recruitment, contract staffing, or workforce solutions preferred.
