We are looking for an experienced and result-driven GM – Business Development (Sales – BPO) to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for our BPO vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BPO sales, client handling, revenue generation, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities for BPO services through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and meetings.

Identify and acquire domestic and international clients for outsourcing services.

Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.

Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams for smooth client onboarding.

Develop strategies to expand business and increase market presence.





Maintain strong pipeline management and CRM updates.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
