Business Development Executive

Experience Required

6months - 2 Years in Business Development, preferably in Recruitment, Staffing, or HR Consulting Industry.

Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, generating recruitment mandates, and building long-term relationships with organizations across Healthcare, IT, and Non-IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Teams, and Decision Makers.
- Acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote company services.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize service agreements.
- Generate recruitment requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.




- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Knowledge of recruitment and staffing services.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.

Qualification :

- MBA (Marketing/HR) preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
