Crisom Curve Digital Marketing Agency is looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive / Sales Closer who can manage the complete sales cycle from generating leads to closing clients.
This is not a telecalling-only role . We are looking for someone who can independently find prospects, build relationships, understand business requirements, present the right solutions, and convert prospects into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and other channels
- Identify and connect with decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, and Marketing Heads
- Qualify prospects based on their business requirements and budget
- Conduct discovery and sales calls
- Understand client challenges and recommend suitable marketing solutions
- Present our services, proposals, and solutions professionally
- Handle objections, negotiations, and pricing discussions
- Consistently follow up with prospects until closure
- Close current clients and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain complete sales pipeline and lead updates in CRM
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team for client onboarding
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Experience in selling Digital Marketing, Advertising, IT Services, SaaS, or similar B2B services is preferred
- Proven experience in both lead generation and sales closing
- Strong cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to independently generate and manage a sales pipeline
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, Performance Marketing and Website Development
