The RoleAs a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in helping aspiring editors make informed decisions about their careers. You'll engage with high-intent leads who have already shown interest in our programs through our content and community.

This is a consultative role focused on understanding each student's goals, providing honest guidance, and connecting them with the right path and opportunities. You'll also contribute to developing strategies that strengthen student outcomes and support the long-term growth of the business.

No cold calling. No purchased databases. Just meaningful conversations with people who genuinely want to grow.

What You'll Do

- Engage with prospective students who have shown interest through our Instagram, YouTube, community, and marketing channels.
- Understand each student's career goals, challenges, and aspirations, and guide them toward the right learning path.
- Own the complete student journey—from the first conversation to enrollment and ongoing support.
- Build and manage a healthy lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, mentors,



and placement teams to deliver a seamless student experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Track lead performance, conversion metrics, and student outcomes to identify growth opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor for students, helping them make informed career decisions.
- Contribute to partnerships, recruitment initiatives, and placement opportunities that benefit our students and business.
- Support and eventually lead business development initiatives as the organization grows.
