Job Summary

Yash Engineers Electromech Private Limited is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new clients, generating leads, developing client relationships, and converting business opportunities in the MEP, engineering, and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, references, and market research.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, company presentations, and business-related documents.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and site visits as required.
- Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing business deals.
- Research market trends, competitors,



and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good client handling and relationship management.
- Strong follow-up and networking abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of the MEP/Construction/Engineering industry will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or a related role.

Preferred Experience Experience in MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Engineering Projects, or Construction will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
