Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Services

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the IT/Software industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and converting prospects into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, Upwork, and other platforms.
- Research and identify potential clients in international and domestic markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/project teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors,



and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM/sales tools.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in IT/Software Services Business Development or IT Sales.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, web/mobile applications, or related technology solutions.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience working with international clients will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other lead-generation platforms.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
