- Serve as a Senior Technical Lead in the Business Analysis domain, leveraging your expertise and LOMA certification (at least FLMI Level 1).
- Responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts, guiding them in the analysis, design, and implementation of complex business solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and IT professionals, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project deliverables meet the desired business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering their professional development and enhancing the team’s overall capabilities.
- Participate in the design and implementation of data models, business rules, and reporting mechanisms to support the organization's strategic goals.




- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- 8 -12 years of experience in the Business Analysis domain.
- LOMA certification, with at least FLMI Level 1 or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts.
- Proficient in data modeling, business process design, and reporting mechanisms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
