Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain interactive Qlik Sense/QlikView dashboards, reports, and data visualizations based on business requirements.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable BI and analytics solutions.
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes, data models, and data transformation workflows.
- Develop complex Qlik scripting, including Set Analysis, Section Access, variables, expressions, and advanced calculations.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability of BI solutions.
- Optimize dashboard performance, data models, reload times, and Qlik applications for better user experience.
- Manage Qlik Server administration activities, application deployment, reload schedules, access control, and user security.
- Work with large and complex datasets across domains such as FMCG, Pharmaceutical, IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and Logistics.
- Build executive and operational dashboards providing actionable business insights and KPI reporting.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, data teams, and stakeholders throughout the BI solution lifecycle.
- Automate recurring reporting and ETL activities using Python, SQL, Qlik scripting, or other relevant technologies.
- Document technical solutions, data models, business logic,



development standards, and operational processes.

Required Skills & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics, with strong hands-on experience in Qlik Sense.
- Strong expertise in Qlik Sense/QlikView development, Qlik scripting, dashboard development, and data visualization.
- Hands-on experience with ETL, data modelling, SQL, data transformation, and data validation.
- Strong knowledge of Set Analysis, Section Access, complex expressions, and Qlik performance optimization.
- Experience with Qlik Server administration, security, application management, and scheduled reloads.
- Good knowledge of Python for data processing and automation.
- Experience working with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, and implementation.
- Exposure to Qlik NPrinting, Sigma Computing, MageAI, or similar BI/analytics tools will be an advantage.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience across FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Finance, HR Analytics, IT, Operations & Logistics, or Distribution domains is preferred.
