We at Coforge are seeking a “Business Analyst" with strong Airline and GDS domain expertise. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams, driving product enhancements, requirement analysis, backlog management, and release readiness activities throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Break down and prioritize team backlog.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a TPM / BA with Airline and GDS domain experience
- Analyze business/customer problems and identify Sabre product gaps.
- Provide input on technical and business aspects of requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to provide input on requirements during sprint planning.
- Provide inputs during sprint execution.
- Provide inputs for Go/No-Go decision-making for every release in conjunction with key stakeholders, including promotion to CVT, Certification, and Production environments.
- Authorized to accept/sign off user stories upon completion.
- Attend Scrum ceremonies.
- Support Product Managers and interface with Marketing/Customers to develop an understanding of business problems.
- Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) as required.
- Verify the accuracy of Release Notes, SANs, and User Guides in coordination with the Product Manager.
- Own the sizing and estimation process.
- Conduct customer demonstrations as needed.
