Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Product Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and the engineering team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in requirement gathering, product documentation, workflow design, and stakeholder management, along with a good technical understanding of SQL and databases to support data-driven decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Requirement Gathering

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points.
- Translate business requirements into clear, developer-ready functional specifications and user stories.
- Lead client demos, requirement walkthroughs, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend product enhancements or process improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, business teams, and engineering teams.

Product Documentation & Process Design
- Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Prepare process flows, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation using tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
- Maintain product knowledge repositories and ensure documentation is version-controlled.
- Define business rules, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements with clarity and precision.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Clarify requirements, manage change requests, and resolve functional queries during development.
- Coordinate UAT activities and ensure business requirements are accurately delivered.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Data & Technical Understanding
- Use SQL for requirement validation, data analysis, and ad-hoc reporting.




- Work with engineering and database teams to understand data structures and business logic.
- Support reporting and dashboard requirements to aid business and product decisions.
- Participate in discussions around APIs, integrations, and system workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA), including manual testing, test case creation, defect tracking, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and client-facing project delivery.
- Hands-on experience creating PRDs, BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and requirement validation.
- Good working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates must have experience working in IT Services, Product Companies, or SaaS Startups.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Experience working directly with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, HRTech, or technology-driven startups will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage requirements from discovery to delivery with minimal supervision.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria ✅ B.E./B.Tech/MCA from a recognised institute.

✅ 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst.

✅ Experience in IT, Product, or SaaS Startup company

✅ Hands-on experience with PRD/BRD, UAT, process mapping, and stakeholder management.

✅ Good understanding of SQL, APIs, and databases.

✅ Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Pay: ₹618,819.61 - ₹850,690.69 per year
