- Lead the Healthcare business across South Asia, encompassing India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Maldives.

- Own the overall P&L; and deliver revenue, margin, and EBITDA objectives.

- Drive strategic growth initiatives across customers, products, segments, and markets.

- Provide leadership to both Sales and Marketing functions, ensuring strong commercial execution.

- Develop and implement business strategies to accelerate growth in a high-potential market.

- Strengthen customer engagement and enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key strategic accounts.

- Drive pricing, profitability, and commercial excellence initiatives across the business.

- Lead and develop a high-performing, geographically diverse team while establishing a strong performance culture.

- Enhance business processes, governance, forecasting, and operational discipline.

- Identify competitive trends and formulate proactive market strategies.

The Successful Applicant

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

- Proven experience managing a sizeable P&L; in a B2B or industrial environment.

- Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and delivering accelerated growth.

- Strong commercial leadership experience spanning sales, marketing, key account management, and business development.

- Experience leading multifunctional teams within a complex organization.

- Track record of delivering profitable growth and building high-performance cultures.

- High-potential leadership profile with the capability to assume larger regional responsibilities over time.

- Healthcare, infection prevention, healthcare hygiene, healthcare consumables, or adjacent sector experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Candidates from high-growth B2B organizations with robust business leadership credentials will also be considered.

- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.

- Enterprise mindset, growth orientation, and excellent people leadership skills.
