Job Summary

Rising India School of Excellence is looking for a BTL & Social Media Executive to support local marketing activities, social media execution, events, and community outreach.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media, events, local marketing, or brand activation and should be comfortable coordinating multiple marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate BTL activities, local promotions, and outreach campaigns.
- Support social media content planning, creation, and publishing.
- Coordinate photos, videos, reels, creatives, and other marketing content.
- Maintain marketing and campaign calendars.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and local partners for events and promotional activities.
- Support school events, open houses, exhibitions, and community engagement activities.
- Track campaign leads and basic marketing performance metrics.
- Conduct local market and competitor research.
- Coordinate with the admissions team regarding marketing-generated enquiries.
- Maintain campaign records and provide regular activity updates.
- Ensure marketing content follows the school's communication and branding guidelines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in social media, BTL marketing, events, local marketing, or brand activation.
- Experience in the education sector will be an advantage.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in local marketing and social media execution are preferred.
