Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Executive to manage customer communication, e-commerce activities, business enquiries and marketing coordination. The role also involves supervising the Customer & Operations Intern and ensuring the overall order-flow process is handled efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience: 3 Months to 1 year

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, social media DMs and customer enquiries.
- Respond to customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Resolve customer issues and coordinate with relevant teams when required.
- Review and validate order data and identify errors or gaps.
- Monitor the complete order-processing workflow.
- Manage day-to-day activities across e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns and inventory-related information.
- Handle B2B and other business enquiries and maintain follow-ups.
- Coordinate assigned marketing campaigns, content and promotional activities.
- Supervise and review the work of the Customer & Operations Intern.
- Monitor pending orders,



exceptions and process issues.
- Conduct weekly reviews and prepare performance reports.
- Identify process gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure customer, e-commerce and marketing activities are completed on time.

Requirements

- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proactive and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, marketing or operations is an advantage.
