Role Description The Community & Brand Engagement Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with customers and community members across offline events and digital channels, responding to questions, collecting feedback, and nurturing long-term relationships with the brand. The associate will support brand-building initiatives, coordinate and participate in community activities, and assist in executing marketing campaigns that align with Supply6’s mission of foundational nutrition.

Daily responsibilities include managing customer touchpoints, supporting sales and promotional efforts, creating or coordinating basic brand communication materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction.



The role also requires tracking engagement metrics, sharing insights with the team, and representing Supply6 consistently and professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, problem-solving, and relationship management.
- Basic sales skills, including product knowledge, ability to explain benefits, and support for conversions in community and event settings.
- Marketing skills in brand engagement, social media support, event activation, and campaign execution aligned with brand guidelines.
- Interest in health, wellness, and nutrition, with a willingness to learn about Supply6 products and philosophy.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with a team, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education or experience in marketing, communications, customer engagement, or a related field is preferred.
