1. Maintain quality of rpaires through quality control inspections and implementation of standardised processes and systems.
2. Ensure all vehicle repairs are completed for delivery at the promised delicery time.
3. Ensure availability of required enablers for smooth body repair operations at all times.
4. Ensure continued dealership business through correct loading of the Bodyshop, based on bodyshop capacity and manpower productivity.
5. Ensure utilization and maintenance of Body repair equipment like Paint Booth,CRS,QPRS,Mig Wleder,Spot Welder, Plastic repair, PDRS etc.
6. Maintain mutual understanding and working with the insurance copanies and monitor recovery of the claims from the insurance companies.
7. Audit of vehicla repair files ,
before start of repairs and after completion of repairs before dispatch to insurance company for claim reimbursement.
8. Coordination with spare parts team to ensure parts inventory as per Bodyshop consumption and procurement of any critical parts requirement.
9. Implement to efficent body repair operations.
