Primary Skill: Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete) 2020 and Above

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional and technical support for Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete) applications while meeting client-defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption and timely issue resolution.
- Analyze application logs and system data to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues with quick turnaround times.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement permanent corrective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues between BY WMS and upstream/downstream systems.
- Conduct end-to-end testing, validation, and support for system enhancements, patches, and fixes.
- Monitor application performance and proactively address system-related issues.
- Deploy Blue Yonder-provided patches and support system maintenance activities.
- Perform system data backup and recovery activities as required.
- Support customer product-related queries and provide resolution guidance.
- Guide support teams and business users, and conduct super-user training sessions whenever required.
- Work independently on support and enhancement activities with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills & Experience




- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete), preferably on versions 2020 and above.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in Blue Yonder WMS.
- Deep understanding of BY WMS business processes, architecture, and underlying database tables.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse operations and WMS screen navigation.
- Proven experience supporting BY WMS production environments and handling complex support engagements.
- Expertise in troubleshooting BY WMS integrations and interface-related issues.
- Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, including:
- Inbound Logistics (Receiving)
- Quality Management
- Order Management
- Picking & Packing
- Work Orders
- Outbound Logistics (Shipping)
- Inventory Management
- Replenishment Processes
- Experience in configuration and process setup across warehouse functions.
- Strong incident management, problem management, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to analyze logs, identify system issues, and provide effective resolutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and support frameworks.
- Exposure to Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Blue Yonder WMS certification/accreditation is highly desirable.
- Experience in providing user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate strong initiative, and effectively manage workload in a fast-paced support environment.
