Job Title: BIM Modeler (Mechanical) /n Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat /n Experience: 2+ Years /n Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering /n Job Summary /n We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Mechanical to support the delivery of BIM projects by leading modeling activities, coordinating project deliverables, ensuring quality compliance, and mentoring team members. The candidate will play a key role in producing accurate BIM models, shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and construction documentation while adhering to project timelines and BIM standards. /n Key Responsibilities /n BIM Project Delivery /n • Develop and manage Mechanical BIM models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards. /n • Execute the production of BIM models and shop drawings for construction projects. /n • Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within project schedules. /n • Participate in multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection activities. /n Team Coordination /n • Distribute project tasks among team members and monitor progress. /n • Review and validate models, drawings, and deliverables prepared by team members. /n • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. /n • Coordinate with BIM Leads, Project Managers, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues. /n Quality Assurance & Documentation /n • Ensure model and drawing accuracy based on BIM standards, project workflows, and quality checklists. /n • Conduct model audits and quality reviews before submissions.



/n • Prepare documentation and reports required for project submissions. /n • Maintain project records and ensure compliance with company quality procedures. /n Technical Responsibilities /n • Prepare and manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and technical clarifications. /n • Perform quantity extraction and verification from BIM models. /n • Support project planning through 4D scheduling and construction sequencing. /n • Identify opportunities for Value Engineering and design optimization. /n • Assist in coordination meetings and provide technical inputs for project execution. /n Required Skills &

Competencies /n • Strong knowledge of Mechanical BIM Modeling, Coordination, and Shop Drawing Production. /n • Understanding of BIM execution plans, standards, and project workflows. /n • Experience in model review, clash detection, and quality control processes. /n • Knowledge of quantity take-offs and construction documentation. /n • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. /n • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment. /n Software Proficiency /n • Autodesk Revit MEP /n • Navisworks Manage /n • AutoCAD /n • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) /n • BIM 360 /n • Microsoft Office Suite /n Preferred Candidate Profile /n • 2+ years of experience in Mechanical BIM projects. /n • Experience in coordinating teams and reviewing project deliverables. /n • Exposure to international BIM standards and project environments is preferred. /n • Solid commitment to quality, deadlines, and continuous improvement.
