About the Role

We are looking for a BIM Engineer / BIM Coordinator to join our growing digital engineering team.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting BIM implementation, model coordination, BIM standards, information requirements, model reviews and project execution activities across various building and infrastructure projects.

The role requires a strong understanding of BIM processes, LOD/LOI, BIM Execution Plans, model standards,

information requirements and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Planning & Execution

- Develop, review and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Support preparation and interpretation of Employer's Information Requirements (EIR).
- Define BIM workflows, responsibilities, deliverables and information exchange processes.
- Establish project BIM standards, naming conventions and modelling guidelines.
- Support BIM mobilisation and project setup activities.
- Prepare BIM delivery schedules and information exchange requirements.

BIM Model Coordination
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines.
- Review models for compliance with project BIM requirements and modelling standards.
- Perform model federation and coordination activities.
- Identify modelling inconsistencies, missing information and coordination issues.
- Work with project teams to resolve BIM-related issues.

LOD / LOI & Information Requirements
- Strong understanding of LOD (Level of Development) and LOI (Level of Information).
- Define and review model requirements at different project stages.
- Ensure appropriate geometry and information are available based on project requirements.
- Review model elements for correct parameters, properties and classification.
- Understand the difference between geometric information and non-geometric information.

BIM Standards & Rules
- Develop and maintain BIM modelling standards and project guidelines.
- Define model checking criteria and information requirements.




- Develop structured BIM rules and validation requirements.
- Review models against predefined project standards.
- Maintain BIM compliance checklists and issue reports.
- Support automation of repetitive BIM validation and checking processes.

Model & Data Review
- Review BIM models for naming conventions, model structure, element classification, parameters and properties,

LOD/LOI compliance, spatial information, model completeness and data consistency.
- Extract and review model information for project requirements.
- Maintain structured BIM review reports.

BIM Documentation
- Prepare and maintain BIM Execution Plans, BIM Responsibility Matrices, Model Production & Delivery

Requirements, BIM Modelling Guidelines, Naming Convention Standards, LOD/LOI requirements, Model Review Checklists, BIM Coordination Reports, Information Exchange Requirements, Model Delivery Schedules and BIM

Issue / Comment Logs.

BIM Tools

Hands-on experience with one or more of: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM

Collaborate, BIM 360, AutoCAD, IFC viewers and coordination platforms.

Knowledge of IFC and openBIM workflows is an advantage.

Required Skills

2–5 years of experience in BIM / VDC / Digital Engineering.

Robust understanding of BIM methodology and project workflows.

Good understanding of LOD, LOI and information requirements.

Experience preparing or working with BIM Execution Plans.

Understanding of EIR and BIM deliverables.

Good knowledge of multidisciplinary BIM coordination.

Ability to understand and implement BIM standards and modelling guidelines.

Experience performing BIM model reviews and coordination.

Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Good knowledge of Excel and structured data.





Ability to communicate effectively with BIM engineers, coordinators, consultants and project teams.

Good to Have

Knowledge of ISO 19650.

Understanding of CDE workflows.

Knowledge of IFC / openBIM.

Experience with COBie or structured asset information.

Knowledge of BIM classification systems such as Uniclass / OmniClass.

Experience creating BIM checking rules.

Knowledge of model auditing and data validation.

Basic Python / Dynamo / BIM automation knowledge.

Experience working on international BIM projects.

Information Validation → Delivery The candidate should have a strong eye for detail and be capable of converting project requirements into clear BIM standards, workflows, checklists and validation rules.

Education

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture,

Construction / Building Services, BIM / Digital Engineering, or related disciplines.
