Role Description The BIM Architect will work on-site in Delhi, India in a full-time capacity, contributing to the development and coordination of architectural and construction documentation using BIM tools.

Responsibilities include creating and managing 3D BIM models, producing detailed architectural and construction drawings, and ensuring that all documentation aligns with project standards and client requirements. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, interior designers, and MEP teams to resolve design clashes, optimize workflows, and maintain data consistency across disciplines. The BIM Architect will also participate in submittal preparation, design reviews, and quality checks,



while supporting the integration of international standards into local projects.

Ongoing tasks may include assisting with process improvements, mentoring junior team members in BIM best practices, and contributing to knowledge sharing within the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture with the ability to interpret and develop Architectural Drawings for diverse project types.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including hands-on experience with tools such as Revit and coordination across multidisciplinary models.
- Experience producing detailed Construction Drawings that support accurate execution on-site and align with project specifications.
- Capability to prepare, review, and manage Submittals, ensuring compliance with client standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Architecture is a must.
- 2-6 years of experience in the relevant industry is a must.
- Knowledge of AEC industry standards and practices, including familiarity with international guidelines and local regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to troubleshoot design and coordination issues within BIM models.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in an on-site project workplace and prior work with global or international clients is an advantage.
- Willingness to continuously learn new BIM workflows, tools, and industry best practices.
