The Billing Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for preparing and verifying project bills, maintaining quantity and measurement records, preparing project documentation and reports, coordinating with site teams for work verification, and ensuring timely submission of billing-related documents. The role also involves preparing RFI reports, test reports, and supporting project cost control and quantity estimation activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.
2. Maintain accurate records of measurements and work quantities.
3. Prepare civil project reports and documentation.
4. Generate and manage RFI (Request for Inspection/Information) reports.
5. Prepare cube test reports, brick test reports, and other quality-related reports.
6. Monitor project progress and support billing activities as per site execution.
7. Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for measurement verification.
8. Ensure timely submission of bills and project-related documents.
9. Maintain MIS reports and project billing records.
10.



Assist in cost estimation and quantity calculations.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Civil Engineering and Billing Procedures.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Quantity Surveying and BOQ.
- Strong report preparation and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with project deadlines and site teams.

Communication Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Positive interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare and present reports professionally.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Billing, BOQ, and Quantity Estimation.
- Understanding of Construction Drawings and Measurements.
- Experience in Project Documentation and Reporting.
- Knowledge of RFI Preparation and Quality Test Reports.
- Familiarity with Civil Engineering Standards and Practices.
